Chandrayaan-3 | India lights up the dark side of the moon

India on Wednesday scripted history as ISRO’s ambitious third Moon mission Chandrayaan-3’s Lander Module touched down on the lunar surface, making it only the fourth country to accomplish the feat, and first to reach the uncharted south pole of Earth’s only natural satellite.

Chandrayaan-3’s lander touched down precisely at 6.03 p.m. on 23 August 2023, sparking celebrations;

The success belongs to all of humanity. We can aspire for the moon and beyond: PM;

Communication link established between lander and mission centre in Bengaluru;

Rover will do chemical analysis of the lunar surface in the next 14 days.
